We spent our 28th wedding anniversary at the City of Dreams Hotel in Limassol – and it was simply indescribable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness, making us feel truly welcome. The entire staff made our stay an unforgettable experience. Our room was beautiful, offering a stunning sea view and an inviting bathtub, which made the stay even more special. As a lovely surprise for our anniversary, we found balloons, delicious chocolates, a small chocolate cake, and many other thoughtful surprises waiting for us in the room – such a kind and personal touch! The service was exceptional, and the staff seemed to anticipate our every need. The spa area was fantastic, and we enjoyed incredibly relaxing massages. We were also thoroughly spoiled with the food – not only was it delicious, but there was something for every taste, whether it was international dishes or local specialties. Another highlight was our time spent at the casino, which was a fun and exciting addition to our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend the City of Dreams Hotel and are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making this an unforgettable experience. Thank you especially dear Ms. Bell, dear Ms. Numine, Mr. Antonio, Dhar and all of your lovley team

We had a great time at the City of Dreams. It's a new place, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it look stunning. It was super clean everywhere we went, and we liked the style a lot. The food was also good. They had a lot of different options, and everything we tried was tasty. We spent quite a bit of time at the casino. It was a lot of fun, with a good mix of games. The energy in there was really something. But, the place is new, and it shows in some areas. The staff was okay, but they could use some more training. They were nice, but they need to learn a bit more about how to give top-level service. The same goes for the casino dealers. They were good at their job, but they need a bit more practice to be really smooth and professional. But overall, we loved our stay at the City of Dreams. It's a beautiful hotel and casino. It's clear that there are some kinks to work out since it's still new. But once they do, we think it will be an amazing place. We're looking forward to coming back when they've had a bit more time to settle in.

We paid for accommodation with half board and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that we would only receive breakfast because there were not many people in the hotel, therefore they did not open the dining room for dinner, they did not agree to return the money we paid in advance for half board, only to give us vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel, there was no restaurant in the hotel To our liking and yet we had to eat only there, we were very disappointed. We wanted to get the money so we could choose where to eat but it didn't happen. The hotel should have informed me in advance that there was no option for half board and not just charge me.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Athena at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, always checking in with a warm smile and making sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and dedicated. Athena truly made me feel at home – thank you for your kindness and exceptional service!
